All return requests must include your service order number, detailed description of the issue, and supporting documentation such as photographs or inspection reports. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide you with further instructions.
If goods arrive damaged during transportation, immediate notification is required. Please document the damage with photographs before unpacking or moving the items. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any damage.
Our team will arrange for an inspection of the damaged goods. Depending on the assessment, we will either reship the items at no additional cost, provide a full refund, or offer compensation as per the terms of your service agreement.
For freight insurance claims, we will work directly with the insurance provider to expedite your claim. All damage reports must be filed with photographic evidence and a detailed description of the damage sustained during transit.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
In cases where service was not rendered as agreed, partial or full refunds may be issued depending on the circumstances. Service delays beyond our control (such as weather events, road closures, or government restrictions) are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for rescheduling at no additional charge.
For billing disputes, please provide your invoice number and detailed explanation of the discrepancy. Our accounting team will review your account and respond within 5 business days with a resolution.
